From foam molding to final inspection.
SensaRest manages molding, curing, trimming, core inspection and packaging inside one memory foam pillow factory, keeping OEM/ODM sampling and repeat orders easier to control.

Molding workshop
Mold shape, foam formula, density target, cure timing and rebound response are controlled for repeatable pillow-core production.

Core airing and storage
Foam cores are stored on racks, aired and staged by order before trimming, cover fitting, inspection and packing.

Sewing workshop
Cover patterning, overlock seams, zipper access, labels and fabric handfeel are checked against the approved retail sample.

Packing and compression
Vacuum compression, roll-pack method, box presentation, recovery expectations and carton marks are reviewed before shipment.

Finished-goods warehouse
Finished cartons are sorted by order, destination market and delivery plan for Europe, North America, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and China.
