Design rationale
Why an arced neck vent, not a solid butterfly?
Closed-cell butterfly pillows trap heat at the neck contact point, where the cervical curve creates the highest pressure. The Bionic Butterfly cuts an arced ventilation groove along the neck zone, allowing airflow through the highest-compression area. This design-patent detail targets the 'sleeps hot' complaint that drives 38% of memory foam pillow returns, without sacrificing the structural support that a through-hole would weaken.

Bionic butterfly contour, built around the spine.
The contour follows the head, neck and shoulder curve with a special arced breathing groove at the neck. Side-sleep zones of 10/12 cm avoid pressing the shoulder and arm, and the arc fits the elbow. The core uses BASF imported odorless raw material.

Existing model sample
Select a listed model and confirm foam feel, cover and available packaging. Sample and shipping costs are paid in advance; timing is confirmed after stock and scope review.
Private-label adaptation
Keep a proven core and evaluate cover fabric, logo, label and retail pack. Sampling cost and timing depend on the selected materials and artwork readiness.
Fully new structure
A new contour or construction requires feasibility review. Development is commonly budgeted at approximately USD 1,000, but the final fee depends on structure, tooling and iteration scope.
No free-sample promise: sample and shipping costs are paid before dispatch. For a qualified bulk order, sample-cost deduction may be discussed case by case. A target of about five working days applies only to suitable, confirmed scopes—not every custom project.
